It’s another Black History Month, and we’re coming together to support the growth and future of our communities through our annual wellness experience, Wellness in Motion 26. Join us for expert-led movement and recovery experiences, including a 5K run, Afro-dance HIIT, Pilates, and a Recovery Therapy Lab, alongside wellness talks and a curated sound set to close the day.
Connect with Black creators, the wider community, and allies as we reflect, recharge, and move forward together into 2026.
This event is free to attend. Any contributions toward the event logistics will help us continue creating meaningful experiences that nurture creativity, well-being, and connection.
