Our story
Black Aspiring Creators (BAC) was born from a simple but powerful need: to create space for Black creative potential to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
In early 2022, co-founders Philip and Garey as creators themselves longed for more intentional spaces, not just loud rooms with dim lights and fleeting energy, but places where real connections could happen. After connecting for the first time at Gare’s music session filled with curiosity, a spark was lit.
THAT MOMENT TURNED INTO MOMENTUM
From one shared night to a growing movement, BAC has since hosted 14+ activations across fashion, music, art, wellness, and creative business — from the Renaissance Fashion Show to Heritage Music Sessions, Black History Month Connect to Afrikana Fair.
Whether on rooftops, in studios, or inside Berlin’s vibrant corners, every BAC event carries the same DNA: creative excellence, cultural intention, and the power of togetherness.
WE ARE NOT A BRAND. WE’RE A MOVEMENT!
BAC thrives on collaboration — with artists, stylists, designers, curators, developers, influencers, models, photographers, dancers, thinkers, and more.
This is more than a platform.
It’s a playground.
A launchpad.
A cultural force.
If you’re a creator, collaborator, or someone who believes in the future of Black culture, you’re already part of the story.
