We are seeking an intern for Model & Brand Coordination for our Renaissance Show 2026 in Berlin. This role sits at the center of the runway experience, supporting how models and designers are paired, prepared, and presented. You will be part of the process that brings collections to life on the runway, working closely with both talent and creative teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in fashion show coordination and understand how a runway production is structured from preparation to live execution.
What You Will Do
• Support model applications and maintain a structured model database
• Assist with model and designer pairing across runway looks
• Communicate with models and designers regarding assignments and preparation
• Support runway sequencing and lineup planning
• Assist with model lineup calls during runway presentations
• Help ensure models are prepared and ready ahead of their runway slots

Availability

• Preparation period: mid-May to June (remote + occasional coordination)
• On-site execution: at least 2–3 days before the event
• Event day: June 20
