Pop-up & Cultural Runway Experience - Information for Brands
We are thrilled to have you join us at the Renaissance Fashion Show, and tomorrow is just around the corner! Thank you for being a part of this incredible event. Below are some key details to ensure a smooth and successful showcase including the program and runway time slots
Arrival: Please arrive on or before 11:00 am to clean and hang your clothes. This will also be the time to connect with the models and provide them with a brief on your collection and presentation before rehearsals.
Backstage Access: Due to limited space (70 people capacity), only key collaborators will have access to the backstage. Each brand is allowed 2 persons (creative director plus stylist/wardrobe assistant).
Refreshments and Meals: Snacks and sandwiches brunch between 11:00 - 12:00. Rice, plantain, salad (vegan option), and chicken (non-vegan) between 16:00 - 17:00.
Confirmation: Please confirm the names of the creative director and assistant for access before the end of today 06.July 2024
